With over 21 years of counseling experience in agency, education and private practice settings, I am skilled at helping children, adolescents, and adults reach therapeutic and personal goals. I provide therapy to people struggling with toxic stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma and self-confidence.
I hold a BA in Psychology from Earlham College and an MA in Counseling from Adler University. As a lifelong learner, I am committed to using the most effective evidence-based therapies in my work with clients. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
